Your query to disable your self-exclusion can be reviewed and completed within 24 hours of submitting your request if your self-exclusion period does not exceed 3 years. d) Wager Limit. Insert a limit of the wagering amounts for one day, one week, or one month.

e) Loss Limit. Restrict your casino losses for one day, one week, or one month. Notice, the loss limit relates to the initial deposit, and winnings aren't included.

f) Cool-Off. You may claim for Cool-Off Period: 1 or 3 days, 1 week, 1, 3, and 6 months. The Cooling-Off period is activating on your account immediately. Upon the cooling off, the deposit function is unavailable. Also, we exclude you from promotional offers. If you have funds, you can withdraw them anytime. Your account will be re-activated after the set expiring date.
